Alaster

A loyal knight of the Alliance. He swore to exterminate all demons and witches to return the world’s peace. Alaster a melee fighter with good offensive prowess and extreme survivability

Special:

1. Guard

Alaster has 10% chance to block an attack. Completely nullifying any damage from any source

2. Revenge

Grants buff that boost both attack damage and critical rate by 50% for 5 s after a successful guard

Weapon Type: Sword (And Shield?¹)
Primary Attribute: STR

Active Skills:

1. Counter Guard

Change to Guard stance and counter 1 incoming attack with e series of ground explosions. At skill level 3 and 6, the explosion count increased, dealing even more damage in wide area.

Max level stats: 25 MP, 120% damages, 5.7s cool down

2. Savage Rend

Alaster spins in a furious whirlwind attack damaging all surrounding enemies.

Max level stats: 60 MP, 180% damage, 8.5s cool down

3. Shield Rush

Charge forward while dragging enemies along, followed with a strong shield bashing that will knockback enemies. While charging, block rate is boosted to 100%. Hold this skill button to prolong charge.

Max level stats: 85 MP, 200% damage, 12.3s cool down

4. Earth Break

Alaster do a high jump, then strike his sword to the ground, creating cracks in a cross shape. Any enemy caught in the crack will be damaged over time. [Maximum Hits: 10]

Max level stats: 110 MP, 250% damage, 18.9s cool down

Passive Skills:

1. Swords and Shield Mastery

Harsh everyday swords training had increased his proficiency using his sword and shield. Bringing out the full potential of the weapon he used.

Max level:Increase weapon damage 25%

2. Savage Rend

Agility training that improves his footwork, allowing him to move faster and gain balance after using any skill. (havea slight chance to refresh used skill).

Max level:Increase movement speed 20%

Refresh chance 18%

3. Shield Rush

Fortify self with surging will power of a guardian. Limits the number of debuff he can take, and boost block rate to 100% after taking a certain amount of direct hit.

Max level:Hit count threshold 3

Max debuff count 3

4. Earth Break

The Way of the Knights is to protect ones that you treasure. With this strong feeling alone, Alaster will stand stronger when he’s on the verge of the death.

Max level:Increased ATK/Block rate 30%

Heath threshold < 35%

¹ Swords is the only weapon than increased Defense in version 3.5c
